Battle the forces of the Rebellion wherever they hide with the Star Wars Imperial Landing craft. Equipped with twin blaster cannons, bombs, a troop compartment, and firing rockets, this craft will prepare you to face the master of evil. With two cannons that really shoot and levers that pop out bombs, this Lego set provides hours of amusement for junior Stormtroopers, ages 8 through 12.
Let the Force be with You
Like the Imperial Craft shown in the movies, this airship’s wings fold up at the twist of a dial. A pilot, two sandtroopers, and two stormtrooper mini-figures with blasters come included. All of the mini-figures fit into this craft’s troop department. With this quality craft there is no limit to the space adventures the child can embark on. With 471 pieces, the set offers a fun-filled building project for both children and their parents. Clear instructions (included) make the construction process easier and clean-up is a breeze by folding up the wings and putting the mini-figures into the troop department.
This retro Star Wars Lego set offers an experience that can be enjoyed by children and their parents. Children are captivated by the cannons and bombs, while parents feel nostalgia for the movies. Like many LEGO products, the set is both easy to assemble and durable. Other Lego Star Wars sets are available should the Rebellion get out of control. Overall, this set is a great value for the years of amusement it provides. (But be careful, the Imperial should not be aimed at the eyes or face and it is not intended for children under three years old.

I purchased two of these toys, one day apart. I was told there would be a refund which is still forthcoming. You did charge my account for the purchases, immediately. Why does a refund take so long when electronically, it’s a few key strokes?

This set is OK if you just like Star Wars legos to play with but if you are concerned about the scale of lego starships and how they match up to others in your collection this might not meet your needs. It is the same size as earlier Imperial Shuttle (which is it similar to) but the Star Wars encylopedia states that an Imperial Landing Craft is large enough to carry 54 stormtroopers and has a crew of 5. This one could possibly carry maybe 3 more stormtroopers than the 4 they give you and has one pilot. I know, I know, if they wanted to be correct the kit would be bigger than the new lego M-Falcon and would cost $800 but all I am saying is that it isn’t in correct mini-fig scale. On the other hand it’s not as out-of-scale as the Lego Star Destroyer (the newer one, not the UCS set) that is smaller than the M-Falcon…for what that’s worth.

This Lego Star Wars set is the worst set I have built. It broke 5 days after I built it. The bottom compartment would not fit on after 2 days, and it split into 3 pieces 3 days after I built it. A flat piece snapped in half, and I finally took the ship apart to use the pieces for other ships.
The whole experience really disappointed me for the price I paid. Connor.

This product is one of the best legos i’ve ever seen. It is very durable. You can easly add on extra parts. It has a lot of features, the “cabin” can be dropped off, the wings fold up and down, missles, and bombs. This is a classic lego and a must have for any Empire – Rebellion lego war!

I have a six year-old boy who has managed to conquer all of the other lego sets without too much trouble. He hit a wall with this one – specifically the moving gears in the back that move the tail surfaces up and down. We boxed it and set it aside for next year.
